I guess today was ok. I didn't cut myself once and i ate something!!! i ate half of an apple at lunch and a a couple potato chips at dinner. I'm proud of myself. I talked to my friend Rich from N.Y and i miss him sooo much!!! I'm ganna go take an ice cold bath to help the tears come.
